Refunds & Returns

For every completed order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order has been processed, your tracking information will be sent to your email address. In the rare event that you do not receive your tracking information, please first check your junk mail or send an email to helpme@hayatbeautybox.com

Order not received
We will do our best to get your products to you at soon as possible, if your order has not reached you within 10 days of processing, please send us an email to helpme@hayatbeautybox.com with the subject line: ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Please include your order number so we can assist you faster and more efficiently

SOUTH AFRICA SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES

 

  • Free standard shipping on all South African orders.
  • Shipping is from 2 to 4 working days after processing
  • No deliveries will be made on weekends and public holidays

Hayat Beauty shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. Hayat Beauty is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

Order Cancellation
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please take extra care when selecting your items. Any order cancellations by the customer will incur a 10% bank charge.

Shipping Restrictions
If your chosen delivery address is a Shop & Ship Address, please note we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your order after it has been delivered to your Shop & Ship address.

Return Policy
The provision of goods and services by Hayat Beauty is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Hayat Beauty will refund the customer in full within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and you would like your items to be exchanged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Send an Email to helpme@hayatbeautybox.com so we can assist you on the process further.

Please be aware: returning an item for replacement, it must be in its original packaging, with invoice and no visible damages. Hayat Beauty will replace your item within 5 days of receiving your returned item.

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we apologise for that! Please contact us at helpme@hayatbeautybox.com and we will send for collection and be sure to get you the product you ordered!

Refund Policy

Please be aware: returning an item for a refund, it must be in its original packaging, invoice with no visible damages. Please state your reasons for returning the item and include photographs if possible. You will be refunded to your original form of payment. Be aware that your refund will incur a 10% bank charge. However, you will be refunded in full if the discrepancy comes from Hayat Beauty.

Damaged Items
If your items are received damaged, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number to helpme@hayatbeautybox.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. This should be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
